★★★★★I highly recommend against using this service. I work in a medical office and had a patient using Medride who called the number provided to them directly at LEAST 5 times and got no answer. When they finally picked up, they had the nastiest attitude and said they couldn't pick up the patient and directed us to the main line, where they ALSO didn't pick up. The way they treat their customers is DISGUSTING and they don't even do the job they're hired for. Please please PLEASE do not waste your time with this company for the sanity of yourself and the medical staff.☆ Helpful (0)⚐ Report
