★★★★★I submitted claim withwarrunty copany they refered me to Mosqueda Refereration compan. Called cthe copany up state has not recived the claim to text him my info on the claim. Next day text could they come out tuesday now show no calles from company. Has a rate from BBB of a F. Company should not be around due to poor and bad service☆ Helpful (0)⚐ Report

★★★★★**Horrible Experience with Mosqueda Refrigeration LLC via Home Warranty Select**
I had the misfortune of being assigned Mosqueda Refrigeration LLC through my home warranty company. I followed their request to select multiple time slots for the repair—choosing Tuesday and Wednesday with three different times. However, I never received a confirmation on when they’d actually come.
Tuesday came and went with no one showing up. When I called on Wednesday morning, they claimed they had no record of my appointment and asked for my claim number. After I provided it, they suddenly stated they came on Monday, but no one answered. I sent a screenshot proving I had selected Tuesday and Wednesday because I was out of town on Monday.
They then promised to come out Wednesday morning, but once again, they failed to show up. I called the number my home warranty company provided, and someone assured me they’d be out between 2-6 PM on Wednesday. It’s now past 6 PM, and once again, they’re a no-show.
This is beyond frustrating, especially considering it’s summer in Arizona, where temperatures reach 110°F for weeks on end. In such extreme conditions, it should be illegal for a company to treat customers this way. The power company won’t turn off electricity in the summer because it’s a life-threatening situation, yet this A/C company seems to have no regard for people’s safety or basic customer service. **Completely unreliable and unprofessional!** I highly recommend steering clear of Mosqueda Refrigeration LLC.☆ Helpful (0)⚐ Report
