Mothers Without Borders

Mothers Without Borders was founded by Kathy Headlee in response to the global orphan crisis. The organization has provided support to children in various countries, including Romania, Mexico, Bolivia, India, Indonesia, Haiti, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Uganda. Mothers Without Borders aims to offer hope and real solutions to the serious problems faced by orphaned and vulnerable children. The organization supports local communities and non-governmental organizations in addressing the needs of these children and focuses on developing long-term, sustainable solutions. Mothers Without Borders is a volunteer-based, non-profit organization funded by private individuals, foundations, corporations, and service clubs. The organization is independently registered as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and is not affiliated with any other organization bearing the "Without Borders" title, including Doctors Without Borders. Mothers Without Borders currently focuses its efforts in Zambia, where it takes over 100 volunteers each year for personal growth and humanitarian service experiences. The organization aims to offer hope to orphaned and vulnerable children by nurturing and caring for them as if they were their own.
