Musicopia

Musicopia, founded in 1974, is a leader in revitalizing school music programs and reaching underserved students. With a roster of nearly 100 professional ensembles and solo musicians, Musicopia provides interactive music education and performance opportunities to thousands of students in Pre-K through 12th grade annually. The organization offers diverse musical styles and traditions, in-school assembly, residency, and out-of-school performance and study opportunities, as well as the successful Gift of Music instrument donation program. In 2012, Musicopia partnered with Dancing Classrooms Philly to enhance their impact on the community and provide access to music and dance for all students.
