NFTE, Inc.

NFTE, Inc. is a global nonprofit organization founded in New York City in 1987 by Steve Mariotti, a former entrepreneur turned high school math teacher in the South Bronx. The organization aims to activate the entrepreneurial mindset in young people from under-resourced communities through high-quality entrepreneurship education. NFTE has worked with over 450,000 young people in the U.S. and around the world, reaching 50,000+ students annually in 25 states across the U.S. and offering programs in 14 additional countries. With a focus on at-risk youths, NFTE has become a leading expert in education for under-resourced communities, partnering with schools, community-based organizations, and postsecondary institutions.
