Nisd Counseling

NISD Counseling is an innovative counseling, training, and research center founded by Dr. Jan Ewing in 2006. The organization provides affordable individual, couples, family, and group therapy services to clients of diverse backgrounds, while also serving as a training center for those interested in Narrative Therapy practices. NISD's mission includes contributing to the expansion of Narrative Therapy locally and globally. The team of mental health professionals at NISD has been serving the San Diego community for over 10 years, emphasizing high-quality, culturally-competent, and affordable mental health services to underserved populations. In 2016, Mona Klausing joined as Co-Director to help expand NISD's programs and services.
