The General Manager and Property Manager at Campbell Mithun Tower are responsible for all property-related functions, including physical and financial planning, operation and maintenance. The NorthMarq Management office is located in suite 140 with office hours from 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Security services are provided by American Security, and janitorial services are provided by Harvard Maintenance. Engineering and maintenance personnel are staffed Monday-Friday, and the building has a comprehensive recycling plan in place. Additionally, the tower offers discounted rates on document destruction services through a partnership with Shred-It.
