Our mission is to make a difference by creating opportunities for those who usually don't get them, and to offer comprehensive training and long-term mentoring for adults with developmental disabilities looking to start a career in the culinary industry. We opened our doors on July 12, 2016, and specialize in Italian deli food, Midwest favorites, and delicious in-house made-to-order sandwiches, salads, and hot dogs. We also offer Italian import grocery items, Chicago and Cleveland specialties, and gelato treats. Our integrated work environment and dedication to providing opportunities for those with autism and developmental disabilities set us apart and make us a unique and welcoming establishment in the community.
