The Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California (NPH) has been a leader in promoting affordable housing throughout Northern California for over three decades. NPH develops and advocates policy, builds alliances and partnerships, and provides training to housing advocates to increase their effectiveness. As the collective voice of those who support, build, and finance affordable housing, NPH promotes proven methods of the non-profit sector and focuses government policy on housing solutions for lower income individuals. For legal assistance with housing issues, Bay Area Legal Aid's housing division provides support in various areas, subject to available resources in each county or office.
