Operation Pathways Inc

Operation Pathways Inc, an affiliate of the NHP Foundation, focuses on improving the quality of life for low- to moderate-income individuals by providing place-based programs and services in affordable housing communities. Through one-on-one service coordination and opportunity-driven programming, they aim to equip residents with the tools to become self-sufficient and break the cycle of poverty. With 19 housing-based community centers nationwide, Operation Pathways impacts the lives of over 5,000 individuals annually, focusing on academic achievement, health and wellness, and financial stability.
