The International Association of Fire Fighters is a key partner in the distribution and expansion of Operation Warm, and has played a crucial role in the organization's move to American coat manufacturing. Through the "Firefighters for Operation Warm" initiative, the partnership aims to revolutionize the growth trajectory of the organization's philanthropic work and expand its reach to communities large and small. By working closely with Head Start programs, Title I Elementary schools, social service agencies, and shelters, fire fighters help identify local children most in need, and have already served over 50,000 children with the gift of warmth. Operation Warm's Coats for Kids Foundation aims to inspire hope and empower communities by manufacturing and distributing new winter coats to children in need, with the vision that every child wearing a new winter coat is healthy, able to attend school regularly, and has strong self-esteem.
