Orange County Employees Association

The Orange County Employees Association is the largest independent public employee labor union in the County of Orange, representing 18,000 workers including County employees, Superior Court employees, and employees of many cities and special districts. Their mission is to advance the welfare and security of Orange County local government employees and their families. OCEA members can stay informed and participate in contests by liking their Facebook page and visiting their official website. The association is comprised of public health nurses, social workers, law enforcement officers, health inspectors, and other dedicated workers advocating for fairness at work and in the communities they serve. The County of Orange Clerk-Recorder department is responsible for various document examinations and public services, with a staff of over 100 people.
