Founded by Tommy Hoang and Hoang LLC, the restaurant offers a menu of noodle soups, sandwiches, and other Vietnamese eats in cozy digs. The inspiration for Pho 14 came from Tommy's mother, Nga Nguyen, and her delicious cooking, with some of her best recipes being vegetarian dishes made for her father. The restaurant is a tribute to Nga's dream of opening a family restaurant after the Vietnam War, which was never realized, and aims to keep her passion for cooking and family history alive.
