Physical Equilibrium is a premier fitness boutique in New York City, offering personal training, nutritional services, and group classes. Founded in 2003 by Sara Dimmick, the studio provides a range of services including post-rehabilitation training, marathon and triathlon coaching, and pre and post-natal fitness. The brand new gym and fitness studio at 515 Madison Ave 3rd floor opened in fall of 2017, offering personal training specializing in post-rehabilitation, strength, pilates, yoga, stretching, and pre/post-natal fitness. With a focus on empowering clients to achieve optimal health, Physical Equilibrium has a proven track record of delivering tangible results in a safe, fun, and timely manner.
