★★★★★Worst website, will never purchase anything from them. I purchased an item and received it, then got an email to approve the item so seller could get paid. It took me half hour trying to register, their website is full of bugs and kept giving me errors. Then I learned I can't even call them. Gave up and will never purchase again

★★★★★Thousands of people using Poshmark services and that's a modest number. I find it utterly unacceptable that they do not provide a Customer Service Hotline. I'm pretty sure they can afford it. It's frustrating and offensive. Especially, while they love that 20% cut 💰

★★★★★UNHAPPY CUSTOMER! My shoes zipper was damaged and the shoes were dirty when I received them. I’ve tried to return them for a refund several times, but no success. The Poshmark app did not show where my purchase existed. Although I paid for the shoes. Also I contacted customer service by email. Waiting to hear back from them. I will not be buying anything else from Poshmark.
