The Presidio Trust is a federal agency established in 1998 to rescue the Presidio, a national historic landmark site in San Francisco. Over the past two decades, the Trust has collaborated with partners to restore the park and create a space for visitors to enjoy. By rehabilitating and leasing historic buildings, the Trust generates revenue for the park and now operates the Presidio without taxpayer support. The park offers world-class museums, restaurants, hiking trails, scenic overlooks, public programs and events, a golf course, the Inn at the Presidio, and a variety of recreational and dining options. The Officers' Club, San Francisco's most historic building, now serves as the Presidio's hub for culture, food, and family entertainment.
