Restorative Bodywork by Sara Mulry

Sara Mulry is a licensed massage therapist in New York who specializes in myofascial manipulation, structural balancing, gait analysis, and injury rehab exercises. With a background in injury prevention and treatment for dancers and athletes, she offers restorative and deep tissue bodywork, as well as Somatic Movement Therapy. Her training in the Anatomy In Motion system allows her to analyze movement patterns and prescribe exercises to rehabilitate the nervous system. Additionally, she has training in energetic practices such as qigong, reiki, Continuum Movement, and SourcePoint Therapy®. Sara is currently pursuing a Masters of Arts in Dance and Somatic Movement Education & Therapy.
