Rosati Group

The Rosati Group is a Chicago-based, family-owned pizza franchise that was established in 1964. The franchise currently operates 180 stores in 14 states, with plans for further growth. The company's roots can be traced back to Ferdinand Rosati, an Italian immigrant who opened a fine-dining Italian restaurant in 1895. Over the years, the business expanded to include a hotel, saloon, and importing and exporting of Italian foods. In 1964, Saverio's sons opened the first Rosati's Pizza in Mount Prospect, Illinois, and by 1978, a total of ten family members owned carryout pizzerias. Today, the Rosati's brand is approaching 200 restaurants nationally, including the newest concept, the Rosati's Pizza Pub. The company remains committed to providing customers with signature Chicago-style pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches that offer high quality, value, and flavor, while staying true to their roots and using fresh ingredients and authentic Italian family recipes.
