Social Justice Fund NW

Social Justice Fund NW, founded in 1978, is dedicated to addressing the root causes of social, economic, and environmental inequities. Each year, the organization raises funds from its members and friends and grants that money to non-profit social justice organizations in the Northwest and Northern Rockies. In 2009, Social Justice Fund launched the Civic Action: Delivering on Change grants program, representing a bold new direction for the organization by making a major investment in community groups that are changing the region through direct civic action. The member-funded foundation supports the creation of a just society through fundraising, grantmaking, and member involvement, providing essential resources to organizations in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming to strengthen grassroots efforts for progressive, systemic social change.
