Solarsh Marna

Marna E. Solarsh, Esq. is an accomplished education and special needs planning attorney with a personal connection to the field as the mother of an adult child with a disability. She is actively involved in local and state organizations dedicated to serving individuals with special needs and frequently lectures to parent groups on special education law and special needs planning. Marna is a member of various professional and advocacy organizations, including the NYS Bar Elder Law and Special Needs Planning Section, Committee on Individuals with Disabilities, the Westchester County Autism Advisory Board, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Westchester Independent Living Center and Access Equestrian, an adaptive riding and horsemanship program.
