Sousa Corp specializes in commercial heat treating of high, medium, and low carbon steels, carburizing, carbonitriding, direct hardening, selective hardening, and all tool steels including high-speed steels. They also offer black oxide and material identification services using a Niton alloy analyzer. With a focus on quality and service, the company has two integral quench furnaces for case hardening and neutral hardening, as well as three vacuum furnaces with high-pressure quench capability and vacuum carburizing. Additionally, they have multiple tempering furnaces, two cold treat units, straightening capability up to 60 tons, and a selective hardening pot.
