In 2013, Spredfast moved into a new office at Silicon Labs and published its first edition of a social business textbook. In 2012, the company was named to Twitter's Certified Products Program and confirmed a poltergeist haunting of their Austin corporate offices. Additionally, Spredfast opened its Social Preparatory School for enrollment and held its first annual Social Summit, releasing the industry's first Social Engagement Index Benchmark Report. In 2011, Spredfast expanded to a new office, received Series B funding, and launched version 2 of its software.
