Strand Composites

Strand Composites, formerly known as Tankinetics, was founded in 1957 by Justin Enterprises in California. The company developed revolutionary technology for large tanks, patented in 1975, and later moved to Harrison AR in 1977. Over the years, they have become a leading FRP fabricator, serving industries such as pulp and paper, chemical processing, power, electronics, mining, petroleum, and water treatment. In 1993, they became the first company to earn accreditation in both ASME Section X and RTP-1, and in 2008 they expanded their capabilities with a team of engineers and constructors. With over 45 years of experience, they continue to produce world-class quality FRP vessels with ASME accreditation in RTP-1 and Section X Class II. As Thorpe Plant Services, they utilize state-of-the-art engineering software, materials, and equipment to meet the demands of industrial clients. They are dually accredited by ASME and are dedicated to the success of their projects for their customers.
