Sussex Wantage Pre-School

Founded in 1973, Sussex Wantage Pre-School offers a loving and positive environment for children ages 2 1/2 to 6. The school focuses on color, letter, number, and shape recognition, as well as science, music, arts and crafts, and a printing program. Physical activities, educational field trips, and a state-accredited family atmosphere are also part of the experience. The school maintains a low student-teacher ratio and does not require children to be toilet trained. Speech and eye screenings are provided for all students, and make-up days are available for illness. Snow days are built into the schedule, and a 15-minute grace period is allowed after each class before a late fee is applied. Special events such as Spring Olympic Games, promotions, and graduation ceremonies mark important milestones in the students' education. For more information, visit www.sussexpreschool.com.
