The menu, created by executive chef Ray England, celebrates the flavors of the Lowcountry using local vendors, fishermen, and farmers. The restaurant is the result of the collaboration of Cecil & Dianne Crowley, Andy Palmer & Jeff Condon, who aimed to create a gathering place for people to enjoy good food and drinks in a beautiful and comfortable setting. The restaurant is open Sunday to Thursday from 11am to 10pm and Friday & Saturday from 11am to 11pm, with the brick oven staying open an additional hour every night.
