8th & Roast is a Nashville-based craft coffee roastery and full-service coffee shop, dedicated to sourcing and serving the freshest and most ethically traded coffee available. Founded in 2009, the company works with small estate and co-operative farms around the world to provide high-quality coffee to its customers. In addition to offering a carefully crafted espresso and coffee program, 8th & Roast also provides education on single cup brew methods and the distinction between quality coffee and commodity coffee. With an array of house-made breakfast, lunch, and bakery items, as well as an industrial-chic hand-pour bar, 8th & Roast aims to educate, inspire, and serve both food professionals and consumers.
