The National Energy and Utility Affordability Coalition

NEUAC's mission is to increase awareness and understanding of low-income energy problems, formulate and advance low-income energy policy, provide information and technical assistance in the creation and development of fuel funds, promote the development of statewide and regional fuel funds networks, and improve communications and coordination to address the energy needs of low-income consumers.
