The Orangery has a rich history, from its founding in 1971 by the Kendrick family to the devastating fire in 1984 that destroyed the original structure. Undeterred, the family rebuilt and reopened The New Orangery 18 months later at its current location in Bearden. Since then, The Orangery has continued to offer a unique fine dining experience with classic French and international cuisine, presented with elegance and flair. The restaurant's opulent regency-style decor and spacious dining areas provide an ambiance like nowhere else in Knoxville.
