Tolad Inc is currently seeking experienced part-time Direct Support staff to provide care for consumers with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury in a group home setting. Responsibilities include working on consumer goals, activities, community integration, assisting with ADL's, administering medications, treatment documentation, cooking, cleaning, laundry, bathing/showering consumers, meal preparation, light housekeeping chores, and personal care as needed. Applicants must have good written and verbal English skills, be flexible, reliable, and self-motivated, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Administration certificates, a reliable car and auto insurance, and the ability to pass a 245D background study are required. Various shifts are available, and applicants selected for interviews must bring a valid driver's license, current proof of automobile insurance, and authorization to work.
