★★★★★What a waste of time! I have gone to Town Fair Tires for previous years and they have been pretty good. However this year I had new tires a and they were to do an alignment. After waiting three hours they told me they could not align the passenger side rear tire for the could not get the bolt loose. They had recovered the cover to get at the bolts and the replaced the covers. The gave me three names of unknown every day garages that would remove the bolt. Was told there insurance did not allow the need coverage to remove the bolt. Said to get it fixed else me here and come back before 90 day for a realignment ! What the F#%!, it’s this there job.! They are a tire company. So I went and had the bolt replaced at my mechanic who had to take off the plastic booting of the structure, placed in in the trunk so Town Tire did not have to again take off covering. At Town Tire I told them the booting was in the trunk. I waited almost two hours and then saw my car in the parking lot. It was done and no one came yo get me on the waiting area. The said they called twice, I ware hearing aids. No apology for not coming to the waiting area. Where did they think I was? I got into my car and was about to drive off but decided to check the trunk to see if the booting was reinstalled in place. It was not, it sat in the trunk. I went back in and they shin, said they cannot redo the placement off the boot when someone has previous removed it, “we’re not mechanics” they said. Why did you not tell me this when I told you they were in the trunk. Super impolite and impossible to deal with. Bad service and rude. Will never go back! Seakonk MA store
