West Haven Child Development Center

The West Haven Child Development Center believes in the importance of the family unit in a child's life and provides a positive setting for children to learn and grow. The Infant and Toddler Program focuses on physical, emotional/social, cognitive, and creative development, using a Primary Caregiver System to foster strong bonds. The Center works with parents to promote each child's growth and development, aiming to create a safe and secure environment where children feel valued. The West Haven Early Childhood Council was reorganized in 2014 to advocate for and educate young children and their families, building on a history of community volunteerism dating back to 1981.
