The Wfss project, also known as Teens to the Top or The T4 Project, is a community engagement initiative focused on addressing high dropout rates in Cumberland County. Through strategic partnerships with intervention programs, an aggressive media campaign, and community mobilization, the project aims to raise awareness and encourage citizen involvement through volunteering and mentoring. The project is funded by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and the National Center for Media Engagement, and aims to highlight the economic, social, and psychological impact of high dropout rates while promoting existing intervention programs.
