Work for Warriors (WFW) is a unique Direct Placement California Employment Initiative that supports unemployed and underemployed California Reserve Component Service Members and Gold Star spouses and children. The program is funded by the State of California and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and is staffed by Service Members who understand the challenges faced by both businesses and Service Members. With over 2,500 Service Members placed into jobs, WFW has been successful in its mission to bridge the gap between businesses and Service Members.
